A happy farm for your hens! Happy Farm 120 is a chicken house made of sturdy thermoplastic resin, perfect for outdoor use and equipped with solid support feet that keep it insulated from the ground. Ideal for housing up to six hens, the chicken coop is divided into two separate areas. Inside, there is a larger area complete with a wooden perch, a dirt collection tray and a metal grid that helps keep the internal environment clean by preventing birds from coming into contact with dirt. The other, quieter area is a practical nesting house for egg collection, made of painted wood and equipped with an opening side door with safety lock, a door locking system in the open position and a convenient removable roof.
The chicken coop is equipped with opening doors on the front and side, allowing the birds to go out into your garden and scratch about freely. When needed, you can place the plastic ladder on the front entrance door. The openings also make maintenance easier: the opening roof is designed to provide easy access to the inside, for example to collect fresh eggs or supply hens with food and water. The plastic pull-out tray, hidden behind a door that can be locked with special hooks, allows you to remove food leftovers and droppings from the habitat. In addition, to ensure maximum tranquillity for the hens, a useful screening curtain is fixed to the outside and included with the product.
For greater protection from heat and cold, especially when using the chicken coop outdoors, the special Roof Insulation kit can also be applied. This roof insulation kit is available as an optional accessory. The insulation kit is applied to the inside of the roof of the Happy Farm 120 chicken house and fixed with the special screws. In winter, the insulating panels help retain heat inside and protect against the cold; in summer, they provide greater protection for the chicken coop from direct sunlight. The insulating panel kit is available in one size and is designed to fit the roof of the Happy Farm chicken house.
